These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GeoStart website (https://geostart.net) and the services provided by GeoStart ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our site and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

GeoStart provides international clients with remote assistance in:

Opening personal or business bank accounts in Georgia
Registering businesses or legal entities in Georgia
Document translations, legal consultation, and regulatory compliance support
Communication with Georgian financial institutions, notaries, and government offices
We are not a bank, law firm, or government authority. Our services are administrative and coordinative in nature.

 
2. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete personal and/or business information
Not be located in or subject to sanctions in restricted jurisdictions
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide. False declarations may lead to refusal or termination of service.

 
3. Legal Compliance and Risk Disclosure

All services provided by GeoStart are fully text compliant with Georgian legislation.
Our in-house legal department includes certified translators, qualified lawyers, and local notaries who ensure every process aligns with current legal and administrative requirements.

While we take every measure to ensure compliance and success, we do not guarantee:

That a bank account or company will be approved or registered
The specific timeline of third-party institutions
Acceptance by any financial institution or government body
Final decisions rest with the relevant third-party entities, including banks, the Public Registry, or tax authorities.

 
4. Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

Financial or investment advice
Legal representation in court
Cryptocurrency or high-risk financial structuring
Use of nominee directors or shareholder services (unless explicitly offered with legal disclosure)
We reserve the right to refuse services at any time, without obligation to disclose reasons, especially in cases of suspected fraud, unethical conduct, or regulatory risk.

 
5. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

All service fees are published or individually quoted in advance.
Payments must be made in full prior to service initiation unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not available once the process has started, except in cases of service failure due to our proven negligence.
We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or payment gateway fees.
For recurring services or optional extras (e.g., address service, tax filing), separate terms and billing cycles apply.

 
6. Confidentiality and Data Handling

We take privacy seriously.
All client data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized team members.
We do not sell or misuse your personal data.
Information is only shared with relevant third parties (banks, notaries, etc.) as required to deliver our services.

7. Client Verification (KYC/AML)

In compliance with Georgian and international anti-money laundering (AML) laws, we may request:

Valid government-issued identification
Proof of address
Source of funds or business activity explanation
Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in service refusal or termination.

 
8. Communication

Official communication is conducted via email or secure client channels.
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor these channels and respond in a timely manner.
Delays in client response may result in processing delays or cancellation without refund.

 
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoStart shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, revenues, or business opportunities
Delays caused by third parties (banks, registries, postal services)
Government decisions or legislative changes
Damages resulting from misinformation provided by the client
Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

 
10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided (texts, guides, designs, logos) are the intellectual property of GeoStart or licensed partners.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or misuse any materials without our prior written consent.

 
11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Internet or communication outages
Changes in law or banking regulations
 
12. Amendments to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
